Offering a warm, friendly atmosphere and four-poster beds in some rooms, this family-run guest house has built its reputation on high standards of cleanliness and decoration.
Enjoy a superb breakfast and easy access to the M11, A14 and A10. There is easy access to Addenbrookes Hospital, the city centre, the railway station and the colleges.
Comfortable, spacious, en suite rooms are offered at Aylesbray Lodge, which strives to provide a friendly and efficient service. There is free wireless internet access and free parking.

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
No deposit will be charged.
All children are welcome. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
This is a non-smoking establishment, no pets are allowed.
Aylesbray Lodge accepts cash and travellers cheques as a form of payment. Cheques are accepted with a valid guarantee card. There is a 5% surcharge on Visa, Mastercard and American Express card payments.
All bookings are subject to a 50% non-refundable deposit. Upon receiving confirmation for the booking, the full amount for the total stay will charged to the credit card number supplied, including the 5% credit card charge. If, when you check-in, you wish to make a payment by other means, the amount already taken by Aylesbray Lodge, including the 5% credit card charge, will be refunded back to you.
The spacious en suite rooms offer a variety of convenient facilities, including Wi-Fi internet access (please see individual room details for a complete list). Some of the rooms include four-poster beds.
Some of the rooms may be located in the newly built annex located next door but one.

Our cosy dining-room offers a substantial breakfast menu to start your day. We offer traditional English, vegetarian and continental breakfasts. To accompany your breakfast, you may have fruit juice, tea or fresh filter coffee. Breakfast times are 7.30 - 9.00 Monday to Friday and 8.30 - 9.15 at weekends and bank holidays. By Car:
From M11 (northbound):
- Exit junction 11 onto roundabout the above the M11.
- Take the 3rd exit off this roundabout, signposted to Cambridge (A1309).
- Follow road through to Trumpington village.
- Take a right-turn, signposted A1134 (towards Addenbrookes, Rosie Maternity Hospital, Airport and Cherry Hinton) into Long Road.
- Continue straight across the traffic lights at the bottom of Long Road into Queen Ediths Way.
- Take the 1st exit off the 1st roundabout you come to.
- This is Mowbray Road. Aylesbray Lodge is the 3rd house on the right.
From North or West (A14):
- Exit the A1 at Alconbury on the A604 towards Cambridge. - The A604 merges into the M11 southbound.
- Follow the M11 to junction 11.
- Follow the directions outlined above.
From A14 (westbound):
- Take the exit off A14 signposted Cambridge and Burwell.
- Take the 1st exit (A1303) off the roundabout above the A14.
- Carry straight on along this road, straight over the 1st roundabout.
- At the next roundabout, take the 1st exit to the A1134.
- Continue straight over the 1st roundabout (passing Sainsbury's on the left).
- Continue straight over the 2nd and 3rd roundabouts.
- This is Mowbray Road. Aylesbray Lodge is the 3rd house on the left before the next roundabout.
