The Days Hotel Rathmines is only a 10-minute drive from Dublin city centre and there are a number of restaurants, shops and pubs in the area surrounding the hotel.
The hotel is conveniently located, with good access to Dublin’s ferry ports and the M50 motorway. Free car parking is available for residents. Situated in the bustling area of Rathmines, just over the canal, the hotel is a 20-minute walk from the very heart of the city. Alternatively, you can take the bus into town. The bus stop is just outside the hotel’s front door and you'll be in the city in just 5 minutes.
A contemporary-style hotel, the Days Hotel Rathmines offers comfortable and well-equipped accommodation. Free admission to the hotel’s multi-level theme bar is an added bonus for residents. Open late 7 nights a week, the recently refurbished Tramco Bar is one of the city's hottest venues.
The hotel also offers business facilities, including meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 15 people theatre-style and 10 people boardroom-style. The hotel’s suites are an excellent option for informal meetings or for interviews. Each suite has a separate living room area, which can easily be adapted for business purposes. Audiovisual equipment and refreshments can be arranged on request.
Guests of the hotel also have complimentary use of a lawn tennis court, which is situated 1.25 miles (2 km) from the hotel.

From city centre: Drive down Dame Street and turn left into South Great George Street. Go through lights into Camdem Street, then follow road around to left. Take next right and second left at the Spar shop. Continue on over Portobello Bridge. Hotel is located on the right side, 100 yards from the bridge. From the M50: Take exit towards city centre at Templeogue. Drive through Templeogue into Terenure and follow road to Rathgar - this road leads to Lower Rathmines Road. Hotel is located on the left side in Rathmines village, just before Portobello Bridge. From Dublin Airport: By Car: Take the M1 following signs for the city centre. When you come onto the M1, stay in the left hand lane, and take the exit for M50 (approx 1km). At this roundabout, take the exit for M50 southbound. Continue Southbound, passing through the Toll Bridge and drive until you see the exit for Tallaght/Templelogue (N81). Take this exit, and drive towards Templeogue. Go straight through Templeogue and into Terenure Village. Go straight through the crossroads and continue into Rathgar village. Follow the main road down into a T-Junction, you will see Rathmines Post Office directly in front of you. Follow the road around to the left. The Days Hotel Rathmines is located in the centre of the village, on the left hand side (next to the Renault Garage). By Public Transport: Take the Air Coach bus from Dublin Airport to the city centre, get off the bus on O'Connell Street. You can then take a bus from Fleet Street to Rathmines. The bus numbers are 14, 14A, 15, 15A.
