Located in a green and tranquil area, just a few kilometres from the centre of Como, this hotel balances proximity to the city centre with peaceful and un-chaotic surroundings.
The hotel’s host of facilities makes it the ideal base for both business guests and tourists: its congress centre features 10 meeting rooms equipped with modern technology, and the fitness centre contains a sauna and steam bath where guests can relax after a long day.
The restaurant, which contains private areas for business luncheons or banquets, is the ideal place to end the day.
The opening of the new auditorium Spazio Como (July 2007) will secure the hotel's position as having the main Congress Centre in the area. It covers a versatile area of 400 m2, which encompasses the existing congress centre featuring 10 rooms able to meet any demand.

- The bus stop and boat pier are conveniently located 300 metres from the hotel and provide access to/from the town centre in 10 minutes. There is also a quick and efficient taxi service.
By Train:
The train station of Como San Giovanni is only 2.5 km from the hotel, whilst the Milan Malpensa airport can be reached in 40 minutes.
The hotel also provides a private landing strip for helicopters.
