Restaurant O Pais has a beautiful view and serves traditional Portuguese cuisine. It opens from 12.30 to 14.30 for lunches, and from 19.30 until 22.00 for dinner. The restaurant has room for 100 people.
The piano bar, The Bar Alto, is another place for you to relax in whilst enjoying the beautiful view of the mountain. On Friday and Saturday nights there is live music. The bar is open from 11.00 until 01.00.
By Car (from Lisbon):
- Take the the A1 towards Porto.
- Then exit towards the IP3 Viseu.
- Then follow the signs for Tondela, than Caramulo, and the Hotel is right there.
By Car (from Porto):
- Take the IP5 Viseu.
- Then follow signs for Oliveira de Frades and you will find Caramulo.
