Set in the famous, historic town of Trujillo, this typical, 17th century townhouse has been renovated to include modern luxuries such as an outdoor pool.
The Isla de Gallo is set in the town famous as the home of legendary Conquistador, Juan Pizarro, in the square bearing his name. Continuing the theme, each of the property’s 13 guestrooms is named after a fellow Conquistador. The hotel contains a charming inner courtyard following the original design of the building. On the rooftop you can lay back and enjoy the warm southern sunshine.
The hotel lies just a short walk from the town’s main Plaza Mayor. Trujillo is set in the heart of the beautiful countryside of Extremadura. From here you can easily reach the natural scenery of the Monfragüe nature reserve.
