The Hotel Gloria is situated in the capital of Hungary, in Budapest. The three-star hotel is situated between the city centre and the Hungarian International Airport - Ferihegy.
The Hotel Gloria was built in 1993 and offers 26 double rooms and 2 apartments. The hotel is only 1.5 km from the Expo, just 10 minutes from the International Airport and 5 minutes by car from the city centre.

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 5.00 per day.

All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children from 4 to 6 years are charged EUR 9.00 per night and person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged EUR 18.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Please note that you can use the Internet unlimited during your entire stay for EUR 10. If you have paid for the Internet, you are also allowed to eat for this amount in the hotel's own restaurant.
Some rooms are air conditioned.
The air conditioned conference room can hold up to 40 people and is equipped with a flip-chart, an overhead projector, direct dial phone, TV, video and DVD.
Please note that this package is only valid if you book 3 or more nights. 1 3-course-dinner and a Budapest Card for 2 days ( free public transport and free entrance to museums ) is already included in the package.
The restaurant 'Szapáry' serves Hungarian and International dishes and a large assortment of wines.
The air conditioned restaurant seat up to 50 people and it is suitable for banquets and business dinners.
The restaurant is open every day 7:00 to 11:00.
ARRIVAL BY PLANE
An airport shuttle is available 24 hours and bookable in advance. Cost - EUR 18,-
ARRIVAL BY PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:
By underground:
- Take the underground nr. 3 ( blue line )
- The nearest stop is "Népliget" and from there you have to follow the sign in direction centrum
- On the right side the first street will be the Bláthy Ottó.
- You have to walk approximately 500m to the hotel.
ARRIVAL BY CAR:
- From M1 / M7 follow the sign "Petőfi-híd" and continue on until after the airport
- Near the traffic lights at "Nagyvárad tér" you will have to turn left by the first lights and then right.
- By the second street turn left
- This should take you to Bláthy Ottó street.
