Following an investment of over 12 million pounds, this modern hotel was completely re-built and re-styled, and is a great base from which to explore the town.
Situated in the centre of Middlesbrough in the busy Teesside business area, the hotel offers well-appointed bedrooms with broadband on the 6th floor, and a dial-up internet connection on other floors. The rooms include 12 superb executive king rooms.
The hotel's Gengis restaurant and the CoMotion coffee bar offer guests an interesting and exotic culinary experience. In addition, the hotel boasts Otium Health and Leisure Club which has a swimming pool.
Visit the award-winning Captain Cook Birthplace Museum and Nature’s World. Escape the town and enjoy the thrill of water sports at the Tees Barrage White Water Rafting Centre, and for football lovers, there is the chance to see Boro play.

By Car
From the A19 North or South:
- Follow signs to Middlesbrough along the A66.
- On the A66 take the third exit just past Zetland car park, signposted to Middlesbrough centre.
- At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit signposted 'town centre' to the mini roundabout.
- At the mini roundabout, turn right and then take the first left into the car park.
- Turn left in the car park and drive up to the barrier which will automatically open.
- Once beyond the barrier, there is no extra charge. From 21 July car parking will be charged.
By Rail
From Middlesbrough rail station, take a taxi to the hotel which is less than half a kilometre away.
