This converted 18th century coaching inn is situated at the foot of the Lomond Hills and is an ideal place to stay when visiting the Kingdom of Fife.
The old inn has been extended over the years and has a candlelit restaurant serving a superb à la carte menu where the produce used is locally sourced. It has comfortable lounges and well appointed bedrooms with full facilities, including free wireless broadband access.
Several rooms are available for meetings and other functions, from 10 to 200 guests. The well equipped leisure centre is free for guest use, with a swimming pool, gym, sauna, and spa. The village is set amidst rich farming country and is situated in the heart of Fife, where it lies within a 25 mile radius of 52 golf courses including St Andrews.
Relax and enjoy a beauty treatment or massage from Catriona (Citrus Health and Beauty) or Sandra (Navona Aromatherapy), whose treatment rooms are situated within the hotel. Please contact the hotel to arrange an appointment to coincide with your stay.

The hotel serves Full Scottish breakfast.

Large family room comprising of one double bed and one single bed.
The hotel features an intimate candlelit restaurant serving an extensive à la carte menu using, where possible, fresh locally sourced produce.
Lunch is served 12:00 to 14:00, dinner 18:30 to 20:45 Monday to Saturday. On Sundays the restaurant offers a traditional high tea menu which is served until 18:45.
Please note there is no à la carte menu on Sunday evenings and the restaurant ceases business at 18:45.
Each morning The Lomond Hills Hotel serves a traditional full Scottish breakfast with porridge and smoked kippers also on offer. This hearty breakfast is definitely not to be missed!
By Car (from Edinburgh):
- Travelling over the Forth road bridge turn off at exit 2A, following the signs for Glenrothes and Dundee.
- Drive past Glenrothes and the village is on the main road (A92).
- Turn into High Street, the hotel is in the centre opposite the church.
By Public Transport:
- Express coach (X54) Edinburgh / Dundee passes the village.
- The nearest railway station is Ladybank (2 miles from the hotel).
