I am looking to book a room for one night on 13 August 2005 for 2 adults and one 23 month old child, can you please tell me what the price would be? Can we add a crib/another bed to a double room?

I should think that would be fine.
I ran a price check for the dates concerned which came out at £66.00. If you book, confirm with the hotel regarding the crib and your child. If they can't accommodate, you can always cancel within the timescales at no cost.
