I am looking at your web-site and trying to book. My wife and I will be staying with our two small children (ages 4 and 6) and we were wondering if the Twin(Shared Bathroom) room can accomodate our entire family. The kids could sleep on the floor (we have sleeping bags) or on cots brought in (if they are available). The web-site is a bit unclear as the prices include two people, but they don't say if this is the limit of the number of people. It looks to me like the only room that can accomodate our family is Family Ensuite (the most expensive of your rooms). We are trying to do things as economically as possible. Please e-mail me as we are missionaries in Uganda and will be coming through London on our way back to America.

A little tip for you, you might be able to get more info from the hotel itself,their telephone number is supplied to people who book or reserve rooms. If you find that they can't help then you can always cancel, usually at zero cost, just be sure to check their cancellation policy prior to doing this.

I am arriving from LA at 05h05 on Wed 20/04 and departing later that day at 17h00. I would like to rest for part of the day before my flight to Cape Town. Is it possible to book for 19/04 but only check in at about 06h00 on the morning of 20/04, and then check out again at 14h00? I'd need to be collected and returned to Heathrow.Would I be charged the standard night rate?

Thats a tough one to answer.
All I can suggest is that you speak with the hotel directly.
Their cancellation policy states that
Cancellations
• Bookings must be cancelled 1 day in advance of your arrival date.
Which means that you should be able to obtain their telephone number and then cancel if they cant help without penalty. ( telephone numbers of hotels are supplied in the confirmation booking email)
I appreciate it seems like a circuitous route to finding your required information, but regret to inform you that I am unable to offer any other means of contact, with the exception of this central booking number +44 (0)870 2407060 (UK national rate) administered by active hotels, perhaps they can help. Just be sure to quote discount reference 'ZWB'.

Positive points:Room was situaded on 1st floor. Could hear all guests transiting around and talking at reception. Very noisy.
We were two adults and a baby. Only one bath towel in the bedroom.
