It is around 9km from the airport.

I don't think they do, at least its not advertised on their hotel webpage.

Here are some directions, just in case you decide to hire a car.

From A4 exit Verona Est, follow direction for Verona, at 2nd traffic light turn left, hotel is on sight on the left.
Please note that at the motorway exit there is a Holiday Inn - You have not booked that one, you need to drive towards the city centre to reach their hotel.

Im sure that they would be able to advise on the availability of taxis etc. If you book you will receive a booking confirmation email which will give you a direct means of contact.
