Dear Tomoyo

I shouldnt think they'd charge you for a late check in and there is little info about a shuttle bus, in fact, no specific mention at all.

A little tip for you, you might be able to get more info from the hotel itself,their telephone number is supplied to people who book or reserve rooms. If you find that they can't help then you can always cancel, usually at zero cost, just be sure to check their cancellation policy prior to doing this.
