we will be arriving by train from Florence and leaving Rome by air. Will the hotel shuttle pick us up at train station and then take us to CIA the next morning for a plane that leaves at 0650? Thanks so much!!

The hotel makes no mention of train station pick ups, but does mention transportation to the airport.
All I can say on this, is that if you booked via this website then you would have received a confirmation email which would have contained telephone numbers and an email address. Please use these to discuss this.

They make no mention of having to book in before a certain time, so yes, Id say hat would be fine. If you booked via this website you would have received a telephone number, give them a quick call first just to be on the safe side.

My family wishes to visit for 1 night on the 13 May 2005.
We are 2 adults and 3 children aged 6, 4 and 2 years. The availability check indicates no triple rooms are available on that night. Can we book 2 double rooms and have an extra camp bed be made available in one of the rooms for the 2 year old?

Overall impression:The hotel was very nice. The only serious complaint was trying to find it from the directions-impossible. I gave up trying and parked at Ciampino and took a taxi instead. The taxi driver almost couldnīt find the hotel even though he knew where it was,
Positive points:Friendly, helpful staff. Spoke English very well. The dinner we ate in the hotel restaurant was great, the best pasta I ate in Italy on this trip!
Negative points:The toilet wouldnīt flush properly and there was no hand held shower head.

Overall impression:Surprisingly peaceful location, given proximity to airport and main road. Not easy to reach by road, hence expensive taxi (20 euro) from Ciampino. Hotel bus a valuable service to/from airport or station, so long as you arrange in advance. Tropical garden
