This is the info I have to hand
From main train station "Termini" there is the bus 910, you must get off at last stop of "Via Piemontye" our hotel is within 100m.
Hotel can reserve transfer with private limousine/mini-van to or from the airport, at cost of EUR 47 up to 4 person and EUR 80 up to 8 person, bags included. Flight details to confirm.

I would say it is not included.Breakfast is served from 7:00 hours to 10:00 hours but again, there is no indication as to how much it costs.
A little tip for you, you might be able to get more info from the hotel itself,their telephone number is supplied to people who book or reserve rooms. If you find that they can't help then you can always cancel, usually at zero cost, just be sure to check their cancellation policy prior to doing this.

Positive points:comfy relaxing lovely breakfast slept well
Negative points:More info. about getting from airport to hotel. Thehotel was very comfortable, warm & i felt relaxed but did feel the room could do with painting. Had avery pleasent weekend in Rome
