Overall impression:The hotel is centrally located with easy access by foot to the city centre. If travelling to Bilbao by bus take a taxi to the hotel - Approx 4Euro. Not worth the hassle of bus then taxi etc as given in the directions. Hotel is very close to the Bull

Positive points:Proximity to city centre. Clean and ample space in room. Bath and shower available.

Negative points:No dinners served. No refeshment facility (tea / coffee making) in room.
