I am looking for a hotel in centrally south of england, which can provide conference facilities for 150 delegates for one day, eg. 9am - 4pm, with lunch, and 2 tea/coffee servings, on either Tuesday 8 February or Thursday 10 February. Could you advise on costs, such as room hire, or as a package or per delegate. Natural daylight is preferred.
Could you also advise on the cost of an additional 6 rooms b&b for guests who have longer to travel to the conference.

Ive discussed this with the reseravtions team who might be able to help you.
If you call +44 (0)870 2407060 quoting the hotel name of 'Stoke Place' and reference 'zwb' then they may be able to help.
Its difficult for me to do such an individualised search for you as the system isn't really set up at my end to enable such things, but as I said, maybe the reservations team can help as they have more specialised knowlege and might be able to negotiate a deal on your behalf.

Overall impression:Very impressive hotel with very friendly and helpful staff.
I thought the room rate was excellent value for money. Most impressed with the car parking facility and security too

Overall impression:There was a slightly desolate air about the hotel. Room decor was institutional. But staff were friendly.
Positive points:Grand building, convenient to where I was going
Negative points:Poor decor in room, radiator too hot and could not be turned off
