Car hire rates are generally in line with rates applicable in other Italian towns and cities.
We arrive at ciampino airport at around 23:30 ryanair flight. Do you have any collection service from airport to your hotel? If you have then, do you charge for it?

Overall impression:
Positive points:Very isolated and the early morning taxi was a rip off $45.
Negative points:I would have like to have know how far the hotel was from the town centre and train station. It was very isolated.
The staff did do a free shuttle to the train station which was excellent and on time. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Overall impression:We were only in the hotel for one night and arrived very late. However, we were met at the airport by a representative from the hotel who was very helpful.
Also, the hotel had a shuttle service to take us to the station the following morning which again
Positive points:Clean and warm with considerate and helpful hotel owners
Negative points:Very poor reception on the television for a live football match!
