I am a student who is doing a assignment on customer service. And i was wondering what was your approach to customer service. for example do you get feedback and how, do you have customer charters and mission statements. And do you have any kind of training for the staff to make customer service better? it wold be ever so helpful if you could reply with some answers please. thank you.

Hi Charlene

First and foremost, we are not the hotel itself. We are a hotel booking and information intermediary.

We have no written customer service charters or statements but we do our utmost in ensuring that every customer enquiry is handled as courteously and efficiently as possible. For example, enquiries received via hotel enquiry pages like this are usually responded to in less than 48 hours. Where we are unable to provide the requested info, we usually offer alternative sources, or if this is not possible, then we give a reason why.

Our staff are of a mature mindset and are instructed to be polite and sensitive to all enquiries. What may be seen as a silly request or enquiry by one person, may well be very important to another. We try and stay focused to the customers point of view, and generally by adopting such an approach find that it is easier to accommodate their needs.
