The Albright Hussey Manor Hotel and Restaurant is a 16th century, privately- run, moated manor house. Here you can enjoy four poster rooms, spa baths and award winning food.
This Grade II-listed country house has a reputation for excellence in its accommodation, cuisine and faultless service. Standing in 4 acres of landscaped gardens in the beautiful, open Shropshire countryside, Albright Hussey is ideally situated just on the outskirts of the historic town of Shrewsbury.

The rooms are magnificently furnished with no expense spared in creating luxurious and sumptuous surroundings and making your stay that much more special. We offer 4 superior Deluxe suite, all en-suite with spa baths (one boasts a Four Poster Spa Bath) All are furnished with antique furniture within a 50 sq,M room. Three of these are found in the Historic Manor, the 4th located in the new wing. Views over the moated gardens and the shropshire and welsh rolling hills.
The accomadation comprises a main bedroom and a seperate sitting room. It has a king size four poster bed and a very comfortable sofa bed in the sitting room. There is room also to put a z bed in the sitting room or master bedroom. Full en suite.
All twins have the same facilities as the double rooms. Two are located on the first floor and three on the ground floor.

Dating back to Tudor times,the Moat Room restaurant has a wealth of oak panels, huge fireplaces & moulded beams. The restaurant provides modern, international cuisine to a standard of two rosettes and has an extensive wine list. Service is of the highest standard. We also have an outside bar and dining area. When wanting to dine at our restaurant, please make us aware of any special dining requirements in the special request box when you book.
Albright Hussey is situated on the Ellesmere Road, 2 1/2 miles from Shrewsbury town centre. The new a5/a49 motorway link joins Shrewsbury to the m54. The Albright Hussey is placed only 1 1/2 miles from the a49 carriageway, and therefore within easy driving distance of many parts of the United Kingdom. On entering the A49 north follow signs for Ellesmere A528, when reaching A528, Ellesmere Road, turn right towards Ellesmere and we are situated 400 yards on the right.
