Positive points:the room was spacious, very comfortable and warm. Cleaned and requipped effectively. Staff friendly and helpful. Good value

Negative points:Bath surround needs regrouting

Overall impression:Looked acceptable from front view. Rooms shabby. Poor presentation around periphery. Liked to have known that it was so close to the motorway and an internal picture of each room presented.
