Positive points:Friendly staff

Negative points:Lighting levels in bathroom was poor

Overall impression:People were friendly but everthing was on a shoestring. Even a glass of wine was foaming grape juice! No draught bitter despite two pumps. Wanted to eat in hotel but cleanliness of stairs and room made us avoid anything coming from the kitchen. Went out

Positive points:Not much.

Negative points:Separate shower room with shower that was ill-fitting and had a bare earth wire across floor. Avoided using shower! Radio alarm wasn't working.
