Overall impression:We enjoyed our stay at the Grovefield but would have preferred to have more basic food choices with varied prices instead of a set evening meal. However we would consider a return visit. It was convenient for us to get to Heathrow airport and took no tim

Positive points:It was a quiet period when we checked in and we were upgraded to a better room

Negative points:The first room was cold and we were moved to another room which was obviously heated more efficiently
