I am looking for a hotel in Haarlem, but I have a few questions. Do you have in room alarm clocks and blow dryers? Also, your web site said you provide airport transportation--is this available 24 hours a day and is it by shuttle service? Our flight leaves early in the morning and I would like to verify if transportation to the airport is available then. Thank you for your help.

I should imagine that they will be able to answer all of your questions, but unfortunately I have no immediate access to their email or phone numbers so cannot ask on your behalf.
What I can suggest is that you make a reservation and then either telephone or ask the hotel via email. When you resrve a room, the system provides you with the various contact and extra locational details.
If you find that they are unable to meet your criteria you can then cancel in line with their policy italicised below.
Cancellations
• Bookings must be cancelled 1 day in advance of your arrival date.
• In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 1 day notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be charged
