Positive points:renouvellement des savons et linge

Negative points:La connaissance de la confirmation de notre réservation par Active nous a demandé un effort, nous n'avons eu cette conformation qu'en consultant l'Hotel directement., le site ne nous a jamais repondu. Neamoins cet hotel situé en plein centre du vieux Bil

Overall impression:Nous avons apprécié le confort de cet hôtel. Nous regrettons qu'un désagrément important (fuite du système de climatisation dans la chambre) n'ai pas donné lieu à une compensation commerciale. Néanmoins, hôtel de qualité que nous pourrions recommander.

Positive points:Chambre très agréable et dont la décoration très moderne nous a plu.

Negative points:difficile de trouver l'hotel et impossibilité de stationner devant.
