is there building work going on around the hotel at the moment.
also i have read that you serve very poor food (tined fruit and orange squash instead of Orange juice) also the food runs out very quicky and you do not bring any more out.
also the bedrooms are of very poor quality ??????

I have no idea if any of this is true and if it were, I doubt the hotel would confess to them. You might wan't to try calling +44 (0)870 2407060 (UK national rate) quoting discount reference 'ZWB' as they might have more access to things like independant reviews and things like that.
